How to check Transaction History?

Need to check the status of your transaction? 

View transaction history

1. First, click "Reports" at the side menu.

 

2. Next, click "Transactions" and filter the "Date", "Product", "Account", and select "All" for the Type. Then click "Search".

3. Now, you should see the transaction and the receipt. Then click "View Receipts" to get the Pin number.

4. Finally, the receipt and the pin will display as shown in the picture below.

Our Serial Number (SN) is synchronized with the telco directly. In the event where you did not receive the topup, please contact the telco directly with the Serial Number (SN).
