Why did my TnG Pinless transaction fail?

There are several reasons why your transaction may have failed:

1. Unauthorized Account:
After clicking "Pay Now," please check your WhatsApp for an auto message containing a link to authorize the transaction. If the page becomes blank, simply refresh your dashboard and TNG e-wallet to check if your balance has been reloaded.

2. Account Exceeding Limit:
Starting from 23rd August 2023, the TnG Pinless cap limit is based on the mobile phone number. The new limit for each mobile phone number is RM10,000 per month.

3. TnG E-Wallet Size Limit:
You may have exceeded the TnG E-Wallet size limit. To check your TnG E-Wallet Tier:
- Open your TnG app.
- Tap on your profile icon.
- Tap on "Premium" to view your user tiering.

4. Service Availability:
