If you would like to top up money on your IIMMPACT dashboard, you can follow this simple guide. IIMMPACT offers three methods for adding money to your account:
a. Online Banking
b. Fave
c. DuitNow
Here's how to add money to your dashboard:
1. Log in to your IIMMPACT dashboard.
2. Navigate to the "Wallet" or "Balance" section of your account, typically found in the main menu or account settings.
3. Click on "Top Up" or "Add Money."
4. Choose your preferred method from the list of available options: Online Banking, Fave, or DuitNow.
5. Upon successful completion, your IIMMPACT dashboard balance will be updated with the added amount.
Online Banking
a. Enter your banking application and select the bank - Maybank, Public Bank, or Duit Now - from which you wish to transfer your money to the IIMMPACT dashboard.
b. After completing the transfer, it will take approximately 5-15 minutes for the money to be credited to your dashboard.
Note: If you're using the online banking method for the first time, please reach out to us at support@iimmpact.com or via live chat in order to credit your money in the dashboard. Automatic credit will begin after you've added money three times.
FavePay
a. To deposit money using Favepay, select 'Favepay' and enter the desired amount you wish to add. Once entered, click 'next' to scan the QR code.
b. As for the payment method, you are free to select the option that suits your preference.
c. After the payment method is chosen, click 'Pay' to confirm the transaction.
Upon successful money deposition, please refresh the dashboard to view the latest account balance.
DuitNow
a. To use DuitNow QR, select 'DuitNow' and input the amount you wish to transfer. Click 'Submit' to proceed to the next step.
b. Scan the QR code with the desired application. Note that we accept payments from Banks and e-wallet platforms such as TNG, Grab, Boost, and others.
c. Once the scan is successful, a confirmation will be displayed and notifications will be sent to your email and WhatsApp.
