1. For users who are topping up money using online banking, kindly note that for the first 3 top-ups, you are required to contact our customer service at support@iimmpact.com or use the live chat on the dashboard. Please provide your phone number and full name for manual credit.
2. After the first three times of topping up via online banking, any future top-ups will be automatically credited to your account.
3. If your top-up doesn't appear within 5-20 minutes, please reach out to us via email or Live Chat. Kindly provide your registered phone number in the IIMMPACT dashboard and your full name.
4. Please ensure your registered phone number is included in your payment remarks when topping up via online banking. If you are using a different bank account, please follow the process outlined in Step 1.
