What is your refund policy?

How long does the refund process take?

Beginning on November 2023, our updated refund policy requires that all refund requests be submitted no later than 30 days following the original purchase date. Regrettably, if a transaction has exceeded this one-month period, we are unable to assist with voids and cancellations. Please ensure any refund is requested within this specified timeframe to be eligible for consideration.

The duration of the refund process is typically 7-14 working days for mobile/voucher/pin products and 14-30 working days for utility products. This timeline is subject to our terms and conditions.

How long does it take to make an adjustment for the correct account number?
The time it takes depends on the service being requested. Generally, it takes between 7-14 working days.
I mistakenly entered the wrong account number when making a payment. Can I request an adjustment?
Yes it is possible for selected bill products. Please provide the transaction ID and the accurate account number and we will try our best to make the required adjustment.
