How to begin?
1. First add money to your e-wallet account.
2. Next, click on "Services" in the Side Menu.
3. Now, you will see a list of product services here and you may choose the service provider you wish to top up. For example, if you wish to make a mobile top up, click “Mobile” from the list, and insert the phone number in the provided field and select your mobile operator.
4. Next, choose the plan of your choice “Prepaid” or “Postpaid”, and you select the amount you want to top up, then click “Pay now”.
5. If you wish to top up for other product services from the list, it will be in similar steps. For example, if you want to pay the water bill, select the water service provider of your choice, and then insert the account number in the provided field and click “Pay now”.
* If you wish to pay partial amount of the outstanding bill, you may click on the toggle button below and insert the amount and then click “Pay now”.
6. You are done! You will receive top-up in less than 15 seconds.
