2. Clear Browser Cache/History
3. Logout and Login
4. If issue persists, try another browser after clear the cache/history

On a side note, kindly be informed that IIMMPACT dashboard services are only available in Malaysia and Singapore only for now. It might be the reason you are facing the issue.
