How to pay PTPTN/SSPN

First, you need to add money to your account. To do this, follow the necessary steps provided by the platform. Then, navigate to the Loan section, enter your IC number, and select the payment you'd like to make.

Here are the steps on how to pay the PTPTN/SSPN in the IIMMPACT dashboard.
1. Log in to the IIMMPACT dashboard -> click the Digital Marketplace -> choose the 
Services and click the loans menu.
*Before proceeding with the payment, kindly top-up the money to prevent an insufficient balance. Can refer to this link add money

2. Select the Service provider and choose the PTPTN, then insert the MYKAD number. 
3.  Insert the amount that you would like to pay then click the "Next" button for the next process.

4. The summary of your payment will be displayed in the upper right corner of your dashboard. Please review these details before finalizing your payment.
5. Once the payment is successful,  the PTPTN/SSPN process payment will be reflected in your account within 3-5 days of working.
